Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a convenient location close to Darling Harbour, perfect for attending events at the ICC. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, and overlook the western distributor. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even saving us from a fraudulent booking situation. The dining options were delicious with a variety of bakery items, meat, cheeses, and cereals. The hotel facilities are attractive and welcoming.
My stay at the hotel was an interesting mix. Although the room was slightly remote from the main area and quite small, it had comfy beds and a great ensuite. The service was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff, but there were minor issues with the surroundings. The location, close to Darling Harbour and within walking distance of many attractions, was convenient, although lacking dining options nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the buffet breakfast for hotel guests. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel rooms are of standard size but totally comfortable, with splashes of color and modern art on the walls, although it can be quite loud which made it hard for me personally to sleep and it's a bit pricy. The service goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful, making you feel more like old friends than staff. The location is ideal being close to transport, Darling Harbour, and the city, right in Darling Harbour, and very easy to access, with an intimate feel. The dining options are decent, situated close to Darling Harbour but lacking variety, yet you can easily find alternatives in Sydney. The hotel offers various facilities, including in-room dining and breakfast. I was absolutely surprised with the extras provided during check-in and check-out.
I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, meeting my expectations with complimentary snacks and a fully stocked mini bar. However, the rooms were quite small with windows facing an elevator shaft.
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful! The rooms on level 4 made me feel really comfortable with windows to the outdoors, period style furniture, and large wooden beams. The service was fantastic, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and the location was just perfect with easy access to all the top spots in Sydney. The dining experience was good but could offer more variety, and the facilities were top-notch. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent value for money.
The hotel has nice and clean rooms with free snacks and drinks as a bonus, though the noise from the busy road and lack of ventilation, other than air conditioning, can be a downside. The service is friendly and efficient, with helpful staff offering a lovely touch for special occasions. The location is fabulous for conference attendees, offering a stylish setting with a historical touch but lacks harbor views. The dining experience is mixed, with tasty dishes but limited options for breakfast. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are nice, with a free mini bar and thoughtful additions like a tote, but they were rather loud with constant disturbances and a disappointing view. The service was a mixed bag, from pleasant and attentive to some issues not being resolved promptly. The location is convenient, close to Darling Harbour and the CBD, but safety could be a concern at night. The dining experience had its limitations, with a lack of options for vegetarians. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks to consider.
The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms are not worth the value if you overlook the street view, the amenities like Alexa, welcome goodies bag, and free mini-bar add a nice touch. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, but the pricing for some items might not suit everyone. The location is convenient for city meetings and exploring Darling Harbour, but the ambiance is a bit dark. The dining options are sufficient but may have limited replenishments. Overall, it's a mixed bag of experiences.
The hotel's set up perfectly for the working traveler, with great lighting, a big desk, loads of power points, a nice clean bathroom, and a free mini bar stocked with water, milk, and diet soft drinks. It was just right for our overnight stay, spacious and lush. The view of people on their balconies across the road added to the charm.
